This was the highlight of a recent stay in Traverse City. Happened to catch the promo video featuring the owner/chef speaking about the mission of his business, including the importance of providing good benefits for his staff to wanting to bring “goodness” to his community. Well they definitely succeeded in providing the goodness. Friendly helpful woman at the counter would brighten anyone’s day. The pastry we tried was delicious. Came back the next day to load up on baguettes and sourdough bread. It rivals bakers we’ve been to in Paris.
